Mr. Viren Satra has pioneered Monarch Innovative Technologies Pvt Ltd with an aim to develop innovative technology solutions and to be the leader in Broadcast and Photo-Video industry. He is the brain and the force behind Monarch.

Salim Shaikh (VP- Software & QA) :

Mr. Salim Shaikh is a B.E. (Computer Engg.) with 19 years of experience in various areas of IT sector and Hardware. He leads a team of software developers and also co-ordinates development teams spread across the globe from Taiwan to Germany.

Sanjay Shah (VP-Corporate):

A B.E. in Computer Science and having an experience of 20+ years, he looks after corporate affairs like Planning & Budgeting, HR, Admin, Training etc.

Donagh Sequiera (VP-Broadcast-Technical) :

Donagh Sequeira is a well known name in the Broadcast Industry in India with 24 years of experience in various capacities. He has handled almost all genres of Television.

Lokesh Jain (GM-Accounts & Finance) :

A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has about 10 years of experience.  He heads the Accounts and Finance department at MITPL.

Haresh Savla (VP-Operations):

A  B.E. in Electronics and an experience of 20 years, he takes charge of the operations of Monarch, including Imports, Purchase, Logistics and Production.
