You can also capture (on the same machine) in MPEG 1 (VCD) or MPEG 2 (DVD) simultaneously. While mixing, at any point you can stop MPEG2 recording and set the last frame and remove any error, instantly like VCR and proceed with your normal recording in single file. Thus you don't required external VCR for recording. You will get better quality recording because of built in digital recorder.
