The image, the name and fame that the company enjoys today is thanks to its founder, Mr. Viren Satra, the man who began his career as a videographer way back in the 80s. The starting point of it all was the realization that videographers needed to have some software that would make the task of titling in regional languages much easier that what it was at that time.

It was around the same time that Panasonic launched its mixer MX 10. But by that time, other companies too had introduced various mixers in the market but when it came to titling, there was only popular product - Spectrum. But sadly, even this posed problems when it came to titling in regional languages. Mr. Satra also felt the need to have a more user-friendly video mixer, as well as a necessity to put stock-shots as background, but felt handicapped as he could not find any solution for this.

Finally, it was in the year 1993 that he came across a product known as Amiga. He found it so convenient and effective that he, himself decided to introduce it in the videography market. But introducing this product turned to be not an easy task as he had thought! However, after the initial hiccups, the product proved to be a big hit... and fonts in regional languages as well as background stock-shots were also introduced around the same time. Soon after the launch of this product, he ventured into software development and this proved to be the major turning point of his career... because after that, there was no looking back for this visionary man.
